The Full Potential Initiative:

A YWLCS-University of Virginia Partnership

Starting last year, YWLCS is partnering with researchers at the University of Virginia to learn more about the mindsets leading to academic success.  In the Full Potential Initiative, once a month or so girls answer short online surveys about their academic goals, their likes and dislikes, and do brain-exercising games.  Current YWLCS students, newly admitted YWLCS students, and applicants to YWLCS join the program.  Barnes & Noble, Subway and Target gift cards are rewards for participating and over 200 students have done so! Click here to learn more.
