Life at YWLCS:
Moving Up, Stepping Forward, Moving Out
Students pass through three stages during their six years at the Young Women's Leadership Charter School of Chicago.Seventh and eighth grade students make up the Middle School Academy.They then Move Up to Junior Academy.
Eighth grade students on their 2004 "Moving Up" class trip.
Upon
completion of the 10th grade they Step Forward
to Senior Academy.
YWLCS's 2004 10th graders celebrated with their families at a school luncheon.
Graduation
means Moving Out.On June 4, 2005
YWLCS graduated its second class of seniors.
